Today, every player who wears a Klein Heat jersey is coached with those same expectations — developing confident athletes, strong teammates, and young leaders through a culture built on discipline, character, accountability, and family.

Coach Trek
Coach Trek founded Klein Heat with a simple vision: create the kind of basketball program every parent hopes their child can be part of.
With years of coaching experience and a passion for player development, he has built a culture where athletes are challenged, encouraged, and held to a high standard while enjoying the game they love.
As the father of three Klein Heat players, Coach Trek understands the trust families place in a coach. Every decision is made with that same perspective — building a program where every player is treated like family.
His teams have earned five Farm League Championships, along with multiple tournament championships and championship game appearances. While those accomplishments are exciting, Coach Trek believes the greatest success comes from seeing players grow in confidence, character, and leadership.

Coach Jensen
Coach Jensen shares the same commitment to developing players the right way. As Assistant Head Coach, he works closely with every athlete to build strong fundamentals, basketball IQ, confidence, and a genuine love for the game.
As the father of two Klein Heat players, he understands what families expect from a youth basketball program because he's living that experience himself. His coaching style emphasizes encouragement, accountability, teamwork, and helping every player improve — regardless of their starting point.
Together with Coach Trek, he has helped lead Klein Heat teams to five Farm League Championships, multiple tournament championships, and numerous championship game appearances, creating a culture where players compete hard, support one another, and represent the program with pride.
